Our mission: to help millions of people build a healthier relationship with money and feel more confident about their financial futures.

Financial fitness isn't about how much money you have. It's about how confident, capable and in control you feel with the money you have.
Money affects every part of our lives, our choices, our wellbeing, our relationships and our future. Yet many people feel stressed, uncertain or overwhelmed when it comes to their finances.
Here at MoneyFit, we believe that financial fitness should be accessible to all. Just like physical fitness, financial fitness is something anyone can improve through better knowledge, positive habits, support and confidence. Our mission is to help millions of people build a healthier relationship with money and feel more confident about their financial futures.

Many people understand the importance of financial wellbeing, but knowing where to start can be difficult.
Traditional approaches to support employees often focus on solutions such as loans for those that may be struggling to make ends meet (in the form of Earned Wage Access), and independent financial advice for employees with savings and investment goals. While avoiding high interest loans and receiving financial advice are important, lasting change comes from understanding behaviours, emotions and habits. MoneyFit was created to bridge this gap, combining behavioural science, financial education and practical tools to help people from all backgrounds to build their money confidence and take positive steps with their finances.

MoneyFit is led by Francis Goss, who has spent over two decades helping organisations improve employee experience, engagement and wellbeing.
As former Director of People Experience at Gallagher Insurance, Advisory Board member of Engage for Success and a Member of the UK’s Pensions Dashboard Steering Group, Francis saw first-hand how financial stress affects confidence, performance, health and happiness. He and the team created MoneyFit because they believe that financial wellbeing deserves the same attention as physical and mental wellbeing, and that everyone from all backgrounds should have the opportunity to become financially fit.
